Been on exerciser again this morning and then on rowing machine, but could only manage about 5 min's on it, my back was a bit achy. so will build up to more, very slow!!!
Been out and spent some money on new clothes!!!
Also nice looking at clothes in smaller sizes.

ouch!! It sounds really bad. are you managing to rest it at all? Oh, as for the back ache, I've suffered with my back since i was a teenager, but its not been as bad since I've started to lose weight. But I'm just very cautious.. Hope you're better soon!
