this last month I have slowed down on my weight loss as I started to try different foods and see what the results are. I am happy I got now 5 pounds to go to hit my goal. So now I am looking at what foods I can maintain to eat after my goal. So a bit of experimentation because truthfully if I am not going to be all in on the new food I am eating then this loss won't stick. but I am happy to find new foods I actually like. So as they say it's a journey not a sprint. I am still grateful for the help and support I am getting.
