i just don't seem to be able to get back on trac fell off my diet and now the carb cravings are killing me! so tired so frustrated so sick of worrieing with it. severe pitty party i know and i need to give it a rest and just do it! but here i sit instead of on the tredmill i said i would use but not really getting anywhere with it just doing the same thing every day,wonder why i don't want to be skinny enough to do what i know i gotta do

I know you've had a rough time of it this week, but it is never over. What good is going off your diet only to gain the weight back going to do you? You'll only set yourself back further. You have done so incredibly well. Just look at that line headed south! We all have our up days and down days, and that is truly when we show what we're made of!

RH, snap out of it girlfriend. So you fell of the wagon for a day or so. We have all done it. Now just get back at it. Like vampyra said, look at that weight loss graph. Get back on induction, the cravings will leave, and those few pounds will be gone in a flash! But the only way to get the cravings under control again is to go back to induction! And start right now! Do not wait another minute! We are right here for you and you can do this. You know you can. And we will not be kicking you out of ASM or abandoning you, because you didn't meet our expectations. The only person you have to please is you! We are all here for you, through thick and thin. And you are getting thinnner every day!

OK, so you're not perfect. No one is. The good news is that you're really not too far off course! Get your grocery list and add "low carb tortillas" and some type of Atkins bars to it. The tortillas and that granola bar are really the only things I saw that put a bunch of carbs in your system. You can definitely get back on track and bend that curve back in the other direction. You've got a real good thing going so hop back on your program.
