My IB is more or less accurate. Was weighed at the hospital yesterday at 68.8 kg, dressed, shod and at midday, with water on board.

My neighbour is starting to get worried. We shook hands in a deal where he stops smoking when I get to 65kg. I was 78kg at the time, and the goal seemed impossible for both of us. ...
Now he modified the deal - I have to stay 65kg or under for two weeks before he stops.
He did try and weasel saying it should be a lower figure as I will otherwise stop at 65 and not go lower.
Nope, no way, we have a deal! Anyway, my proper goal is 60kg and I will keep going u til I get there. If I ever go over 65kg he is free to start smoking again if he wants. ....
