I began on Monday 9/16/19 so this is Friday 9/20/19. This has been 4 days now on no manufactured sugar, no eating after 8PM. I have exercised two days so I need to get my exercise in Friday and Saturday to stay on track. I will wait to weigh again on Tues so that I only weigh once a week. I am NOT a "scale slave". I would like to reach my weight goal by Christmas. That would be a huge gift to myself.
