Oy! I'm going to be way over on Carbs. But that's ok. I knew that when I got an iced latte from starbucks. Darn that milk! That's the culprit!! But if that's what boosted my carbs... I'm ok. It's not like I gorged on pasta.
Not sure what to have for dinner. I'm actually not hungry. There's a shocker! But I'll have to eat something. I'm seriously considering ordering out. I have an applebee's next to me so I'm thinking steak and broccoli or something. Plus... I have a gift card from last year. So... FREE.
So being off work for so long... and now back in the working world I'm noticing stuff. One... my shoulders/neck are killing me. I have a horrible chair at work. It's so low. But it looks like everyone has crappy chairs. I'm going to see how I can get a better chair. I've been having a lot of training over the phone... and it's odd. Everyone acts like I'm so busy and they'll bend over backwards to help me. I'm really not that busy. I know I will be in time, but.... what the heck will they be throwing at me?
Muscles. Ok... girls can relate. I've always held in my stomach with certain outfits at work. Whenever I'm walking around I hold in my stomach. Just something I always do, I don't even know I'm doing it. My stomach muscles hurt sooooo much! LOL I obviously have not used these muscles in a year and a half! OMG... they're getting a workout now.
Today my foot was killing me. My inserts were not helping. Sure... this the day AFTER I told the doc my foot felt good. I need to ice it. I always forget.
