Well, .1 gain, not too bad, especially after eating out twice. I am going to work on getting more protein in this week and see if that will help with my hunger. On a side note I am running a 5K tomorrow and I hope to be able to jog the entire thing. Will post about my results tomorrow. Have a great day friends!
