I am sitting here and reflecting on my weight loss so far. I have come a long ways and to that point I want to be thankful to the people who helped/inspired/coached me to this point. some may not know how each of their effort was but in the "whole picture" it all helped. Starts with my Dre. Anne who not only said I needed to lose weight but offered up that she is doing just that in a program that works for her. I appreciate someone who not only talk the talk but does the walk! Next up is my physiotherapist Christine who listened to me about wanting to get into shape and guided me to the next person. That person is kinesiologist stephane who was patient and with a guiding hand gave me my workout plan. His coaching and tips have been invaluable. Every month we fine tune or push me a tad harder on my routines. Without all these people working towards my improvement I probably would have had a much harder time. So a big thanks to all that have helped me in my journey.
