I had a very stressful day today. I don't want to go into details. I have a stress headache.
I didn't get all my carbs in today. My broccoli had freezer burn and tasted horrible. So I threw it out.
In the past after a day like today I would make a huge plate (or two) of spaghetti and drown myself in carbs... and lets not forget the garlic bread too. And then I would gorge myself on ice cream or cookies. Depending what I had on hand.
I could go for the ice cream... lol but I'm too broke.
I hope I get some sleep tonight. I don't want the stress of the day keeping me up. Plus I have to get up early tomorrow. I need to stop at the store on my way to work and pick up breakfast items for a meeting tomorrow.... on $15. Because that's all I have. This should be interesting.
Well, I don't have a lot to say. My head hurts.
