Every year we have a huge garden, and we also have an orchard. So I can, freeze and dry much of it to use during the year. Well now that we are at the end of February I am trying to use the freezer stuff up so that we can put this years in. So with that in mind I made my very first ever pull pork tonight, with our own homemade BBQ sauce and it was AWESOME!! I am not a huge BBQ fan but this was good. I am glad we have enough for left overs. =)
