You are on Phase 2 now right? You may be adding your carbs back too quickly. Add in 1 new carb for example- cereal every morning for a week. Try to observe if it makes you hungry or makes cravings come back. If no cravings arise then the next week keep having your cereal & add on 1 fruit but eat it in the afternoon. Again try to observe how this effects your body. Phase 2 is slower weight loss but it's also an opportunity to figure out which carbs cause you to gain weight and/or give cravings.
