My personal success : no bread, processed foods and sweets for 9 days. I am very proud of myself. easy to do when I'm on annual level, scared to go back to work. it will need a lot of preparation, especially that the family joined the dieting so I have to cook healthy in advance . Hopefully everything will be ok !
