Tomorrow is August 1st, and the first day of this diet. After losing over 20 lbs. from a high of 184, I've been maintaining my weight for about 18 months now, and it's time to get serious about getting in shape. I started walking 30 minutes a day, and hope to be able to maintain this when I go back to work in 3 weeks for possibly my last year of teaching...possibly. I want to be healthy for my retirement years, and I have 10 months to get to my goal weight.
