Went for a run this morning aka after work , AHHH felt amazing to get back out pounding pavement! Alas it snowed again and looks like there wont be a repeat performance today, but I was suprised how well i did concidering i have not run in a few months. ran 6k in 37mins. Not to shabby for after a night shift, in the cold :)
