Weigh in tomorrow...damn, I don't know why this is eating at me so much..I wanna get on that scale...uncertainty sucks!!!! I've been good on my calories..few low days but for the most part "Good" Day off today plan for some movement and sweat ha ha...I need the endorphins to over come me with natural joy...I sound like my hippie momma...any way will power is on the way and for almost two weeks now I've actually tried to do right by my body...better days to come... Thanx for listening!!
