My birthday is tomorrow which means treats at work. I am worried I’m going to blow the progress I’ve made so far in a single day. Anyone have great suggestions for avoiding all you favourite weaknesses in a single day.

Yesterday was my birthday. I promise to my self I’ll be careful and not eat too much. We ended up at Cheesecake Factory and after I calculate everything a ate was 500 Kcal more then I suppose to. Now feeling soooo guilty because for days I was able to menage everything right way and one dinner ruin everything 🤦♀️

I believe its okay to treat yourself every now and then. Just make sure you stay committed to being healthy and carry on with maintaining the healthy you... I ate a bunch of pizza the other day and put on a pound! The next day I made sure to quit eating big, focus on my goals, execute them, and simply carry on. Hope this helps you out. Oh, I would stick to protein rich foods and not the sugary stuff. Good luck gal!

Eat everything you want, just eat 1/4-1/2 as much of each thing as you would "normally" eat. Then, get right back on track!
