I think I'm going to try fasting. Hopefully it will help with the evening hunger.

Intermittent Fasting really does work I have tried it but …….
If you can workout a routine that doesn't over/under feed your body, eat a good variety of whole foods and avoid anything saying low/zero fat then all the better
Longevity works out better than an unsustainable fad/diet I am finding out now
