I went to a super bowl party today. I didn't stress over what I ate, I enjoyed myself but I didn't continue to just munch just because everyone else was.
Last night I went out for my birthday and ate out, something I don't do a lot.
Sooo starting tomorrow, back at it, I am ready and excited to finish this out. I almost can't wait to work out tomorrow.

I'm with you. I'll be thinking about you in the morning when I pick up my free weights and do my version of a killer belly work out. I pale beyond comparison to the likes of what you're probably doing in your work outs...but my belly talks to me...it looks a lot better when I pay attention to it and give it the crunches it deserves.
