No loss. But at least no gain.
6 full weeks on Atkins and not a single cheat! :)
I did go out last night. I ate late at the bar and I knew that would mess with my weigh in. I tossed and turned all night because my foot really hurts. And it's TOM. So.... I'm thankful I didn't have a gain.
Boy did we get storms last night! I didn't drink last night so I became the designated driver and it was POURING!!!!! My backyard completely under water. We needed it though.
Today's agenda is shopping, visit family, birthday party. I have to remember I'm making the dessert for everyone. Ice cream pies. sf jello for me. I'm also going to bring asparagus and pea pods to the birthday party to go on the grill so I can have something other than a burger.
Well, that's about it.
