HELP!!! I’m slipping down my usual slope of “target reached now fuck it...!”
I will not go there again, need to stay focused and get back to calorie counting, bloody school holidays and change of job have played havoc with my routine...

I can’t seem to stay on track, I would be focused in the morning and mindful of what I eat however come the afternoon if there is unhealthy treats I just give in and then I feel what’s the point in tracking calories

Think about why you have put in all the hard work in the first place, do you want to go back and do it all again along with the crappy feelings, tight clothes, bigger sizes etc etc,
I have done this too many times myself and I am sick of the Groundhog Day effect, so this time once I am at target( feels like an age away) I am going to stick to my routine that I am in, even when it’s hard( fat picture on the fridge always helps!😜)

I would love to know what types of meals you eat for some ideas and motivation or a typical day of eating that is within your calorie intake..mine is 1100-1200

It’s all about focusing the mind and keeping the mentality, just think about the hard work you’ve put in when you think about going off the rails and ask yourself if you want to go through it all again.
