Well I went to get ready for work and I checked the scale...I didnt record it yet but I was before 280...but today I was 282...I was a bit upset..Then I had trouble with my work pants...A bit tight today...Then I realized the weight gain and the tight pants are ok...It is just the side effect of that monthly time...Bloating. LOL. So I didnt beat myself up so to speak...My mood today seems to be in check. I cant wait until work is over...So I can hit the gym. Really looking forward to it. This is my first time going during my "friend". I heard that working out can reduce the time it lasts and I am hoping that it will reverse the bloating that I have..otherwise I will take a pamprin or something.
