I find that when I'm at home I don't have actual meals I just munch on stuff through out the day. after breakfast this morning, which I recorded being a banana, apple, and tea, I've eaten a yogurt, half a sweet potato, and a couple egg whites. all these snacks have been spaced out so I think I'm doing well. i'm feelin like a filling dinner as long as I eat it before 8 pm. Any suggestions??
