So yesterday I said I was going to try jogging today. Well I did, I jogged for about 20 minutes. It really wasn't too bad. I've talked with a couple of friends and I am going to try a 5K soon. The last one I did was a couple of years ago and I walked it, this time I would like to try jogging it. It is a goal of mine to eventually do a half marathon and maybe a marathon just to say that I did one. I don't think I would ever run that far but a jog/walk might not be too bad. Something to work towards for sure.
