Wednesday, July 10, I have shifted my diet plan yet again. I have tightened my belt even further because of my lack of ability to exercise. I pretty much sit or briefly walk from time to time. I have no breath in me and get winded with almost any effort taken to make myself move. I have decided that in addition to Intermittent Fasting I am going to do (OMAD) one-meal-a-day. I started this attempt with a 24 hour fast and it went well. I'm now in the midst of a fast that will lead up to my second day doing OMAD. I'm not sure if my body will let me do it but we will see.

That's exactly my problem, I really hate exercise. Just make sure with the OMAD diet which is what I am on that you eat enough protein or you will be starving and want to eat. Preplan your meals so you are getting the right things. I plan my meal for the day as soon as I get up and reply to people on here.

Thank you. I find that days I don't fast I'm eating or wanting to eat all the time but fast days I am not hungry at all. Makes no sense to me. hahaha

For some of us eating stimulates more eating because of the hormones the body releases when we eat. So for those of us who struggle with this issue it is better to eat our food at fewer meals
