You have to have some milk products in your diet, just don’t over do it. We need the dairy for our bones and strength.

You dont need dairy for your bones, quit spreading false info on here. You can get all the necessary nutrients from other sources of food.

Milk and cheese are great sources of calcium, and other foods do contain calcium but you'd have to eat huge amounts in order to get the same amount of calcium that you get from milk and cheese. So if you are not lactose intolerant, great! I also find if I eat cheese and drink milk, I don't feel so hungry between meals and so put on less weight.
