I gained a pound this week and I totally expected that. After my big weight loss last week due to being sick. This week my asthma has been out of control so the Dr put my on steriods, which can make you gain weight. I've had to take them in the past and gained as much as 10 pounds in a week so I will gladly take the one pound. Also I am eating again after not really eating for about 5 days. I am really starting to feel better and as my asthma gets more under control I am able to exercise a little more each day, so for that I am thankful.
