SO monday after work me friends went hiking ogden waterfall and I almost died lol but I made it to the top but... I think I will not try to push myself to hard like that I have been active with friends and walking getting outside and I love it but its killing me with pain I have fibromyalgia and half thyroid and hashimotos but im not gonna use that as excuse not to do it again but I think I should stick with the walking and go on smaller hikes then conquer this waterfall again I had a bad fall up on rocks but I kept going :)

Sorry to ask, why the half Thyroid? I had mine surgically removed over 5 years ago. Once the meds kicked in, I have had no pain or issues.
