I feel good because I am back to being in control. I don't trust myself totally so I gave my credit and debit cards to my husband so I can't rush out in a moment of weakness and buy cookies or candy. I do feel better already after three days even though My knees and legs have been bothering me. I hope that will be gone soon with a much better diet because I have eaten bags of candy lately and I know that it is hurting my body.

When I told that to a therapist once that I gave my husband all my cards and cash so I wouldn't eat, she was against it, the fact that I was giving up my freedom of choice, but sometimes you need help when you are in a weak place. That is why people go to health spas, to not have access to bad foods for a while. I can't afford a spa, so my own home will have to do with no money in it! It's helping me.
