I am so Happy right now. I know that the best time to take a weight is in the morning, after you pee and stuff, and just before you get dressed..Yes in the flesh only. At the end of the day you have all the fluids and food you ate. If you take it with your clothes on...even though it may not be alot of a difference...it is. But for fun I jumped on the scale today. I was 284.4...then I went pee and did it again...283.4. After I ate it was 284.6...see what I mean. I wont post a weigh in unless it is an accurate one...so that means the one in the morning....Hey but I set a goal for myself to loose 5lbs a week...And already I have lost 3-4. In the words of London Tipton (from that suite life series on disney) "yeah me!"
