This morning I put on a shirt that I have only worn once and it was slightly big a week and a half ago went I bought it. I washed it and it shrunk, It was amazing how I went from feeling good to fat just by putting a shirt on. I took it off and wore a different one. Hopefully as I continue to lose weight the shirt will fit better again. It was a good lesson for me though to concentrate on the truth and not feelings or what the washing machine does to your clothes.

Truth and feeling are often very mixed up on this journey. I can go from good to bad in seconds just like that as well

Journal your feelings and goals for the day before anything else. You can go back and see I did feel good this silly thing won’t get in my way. It hard to not let things like that get you. Your smart to realize it quickly
