Any tips on what to eat before a workout to prevent getting lightheaded? I ate like a 300 calorie salad after a 16:8 fast and then went to yoga like five hours later and I kept getting light headed during class. Maybe I was dehydrated?

Thank you for the suggestion! I tried, I just really hate the taste and texture of protein powder and I don’t think I could live with having those every day 😂😭

Either dehydration or Your electrolytes could’ve been imbalanced. Make sure you have them around to drink (Not sugar based) looked for keto friendly if you a packet or smtg with flavor. Nuun tasted fine to me. (Gatorade type electrolyte drinks aren’t what you re looking for, just a forewarning!! ). I add a pinch of salt to a small amount of water . Swallow that and chase with clear water. I also take potassium citrate and magnesium citrate(natural calm brand) . Those help. Hope this helps! (You can get enough electrolytes like salt , potassium, etc from eating and just drink water. I also put electrolyte s in my water because I’ve been tracking and I haven’t been getting enough from eating so...)
