I am HUNGRY today! I was HUNGRY yesterday...ate some cheese bread and Pizza....I usually don't eat that type of food. I was just starved,starved and more starved. I think I waited a bit too long to eat and went overboard. I have lost 3 pounds since January 2nd, and That is good, very good. One pound of that is since I started this challenge. Mathematically I should have lost 2, but math and body does not always add up...The fact that i am down 3 pound is a big success. I need to remember to celebrate my successes!
