I haven't been able to find the motivation to get back on track, meaning being active, since Otis's passing. I was a little more than half way through my 12-week workout plan. It's time for me to pick up my barbell and dig out my yoga mat, it'll be good for my psych. I will start today pick up where I left off- week 7, here I come 💪💪💪

Good plan to start where you left off, instead of feeling like you had to start back at the beginning! Sorry for your loss. Hang in there - pick up the barbell and dig out that yoga mat. Your determination has inspired me to make MY exercising a priority today.
