Our computer decided to take a leap into an unknown universe. So I was unable to record for a couple of days. I was telling my husband this morning since I have taken a promotion how much I sit at work. Where I use to have 3-4,000 steps by lunch I am lucky to get 1,800 now. Will definitely have to work on being more proactive.
