Got up late today and so didn't eat breakfast. Left my drink in the classroom so didn't drink all the coke. That's probably a good thing. I was thinking last night about today's lunch; choosing what would be low cal. On Sunday I usually have fast food because I only have a 40 minute lunch break. I used to have KFC or pizza or hamburger and chips. The last three weeks I had chicken sandwiches which was a reasonable choice. This week I went to a Japanese fast food restaurant and ordered the beef curry with rice. It comes with half a tangerine, kim chee cabbage, salad and seaweed soup. There I was thinking I'd made a healthy choice. I added up the calories in my food diary and it summed up to 813 kcal! Not as good as I had hoped.
