Good morning,
Celebration is in order.
Now, this is a big deal for me. I am a former couch potato (and still enjoy "couch time"), but I just learned that since joining SparkPeople in 2008, I have exercised for over 2000 minutes! Wow!
I have made physical activity part of my daily life, whether it's walking with my walking club, commuting to my volunteer job (I get off the train and walk a mile, even though a bus could get me there), or working out with my "Walk Away The Pounds" DVDs.
Physical activity has also helped me maintain my weight. I have not been over my weight goal in 7 years.
Sorry for tooting my own horn...just had to share.
