So once upon a time I had money and a weekly trainer. She focused on strength and was always trying to “wake up my ass” as she put it. I always went along with it since that seemed like a good idea but I never knew why. Today I saw a YouTube video by athleanx (which I know some of you strength people have mentioned) that totally explained why my hamstrings are tight and why stretching them won’t help me. It also provided a single exercise that will help correct the issue I actually have (anterior tilt) and man is my butt sore.
