Can we say frustrated!!!! I have been at the same weight + or - the same 1-2 pounds for the past 2 weeks. I just have to vent and whine a little. I try to be patient and I tell myself that plateaus are expected, but it doesn't seem to relieve my total frustration with the scale. I swear the scale hates me!! It's just daring me to fall off the wagon and eat the wrong things, but I refuse to give in to the temptation. I've gotten too far in my weight loss journey to go back to old habits. I have been good even through the holidays, but my body is still being stubborn. I know that I'm holding onto some water weight right now because I can see it in my legs. I'm tired of not seeing progress, but I just need to chill out and wait it out. I know the weight will drop when it's ready to. I see the dietician for the last time tomorrow morning and was hoping for a nice drop in weight, but no such luck. Well, we'll see what the scale says in the morning.
