Hi, Lately my biggest problems have been lonliness & depression. This sometimes leads to emotional eating sleeping too much (not because I am tired, but because I have nothing better to do), or crying myself to sleep , which I do alot. Any other ideas on coping with lonliness and depression? I'm running out of options here. Thanks
