So didn't want to work out today but I did it anyway and I am really glad. I have been having problems going to sleep. Normally I go to bed and fall right asleep. But the last couple of weeks I lay awake for a while sometimes hours. I am wondering if I needed more sleep when I was heavier but now that I am getting closer to the right weight for me, maybe I don't need as much sleep. I don't know. I do know that when I work out I sleep better than when I don't. I guess I will just continue this little experiment and see.
