Day 1 My New Year's resolution is to get back on the grind and STAY fit. Can't work too hard so I don't burn myself out again, but I need to maintain a healthy diet and good exercise habits. I'm also going to try and keep my sugar intake low. I can treat myself to some sweets when I do well for a while, but I cannot eat everything I bake, everytime I want it. It will be mostly for my kids. I also need to start taking my multi-vitamins again. Too much cancer on my dad's side, and too much high cholesterol/blood pressure on my mom's side. It's my job to take care of my body, since "your body is your temple".....so here I go! Here's day 1:
