Today is the 4th week.

When today is over, I have been on Atkins for 4 full weeks! No cheats! This is the longest I've ever gone without cheating.... and I feel good. :)

I did expect to lost more weight than I did the first month, but at least it's something.

Yesterday I learned of this site and quickly found out I was eating way too many carbs from other sources. Here I thought I had cut all carbs, but I replaced obvious carbs with other not so obvious ones. Oh well.

So yesterday I stuck to my 20 Net Carbs. So far so good today too.

I'm going to stay on Induction so I can really stay within 20 Net Carbs for a few weeks.

I've joined 2 challenges. 2 weeks of staying on track and being active. One is a very intense bootcamp, the other not so intense. I'm unemployed, so no reason why I can't do the intense one as long as my body can handle it.

I will be heading out shortly for a walk. I typically walk for an hour, but I'm going to try for an hour and a half today. I just get bored walking around by myself. And I'm bored with my neighborhood. I should drive to a new neighborhood and walk. We'll see.
