well, I can definately see how following south beach helps my weight! Been slacking now for a few weeks and I'm up 5 pounds. Our busy fall schedule is in full swing, with the kids back in school and hockey season here. I'm not finding the time to make the healthier meals, and we're falling back in to the "conveinient" way of eating! definately not good for the hips! I need to buckle down and back "to the beach!"
