I'm assuming the "ugh" was because you didn't lose anything ths week? Look at the bright side...sure, you didn't lose...but...you didn't gain either! Its says you followed your diet poorly. Did you have some challenging events come up? or are you loosing some motivation, and need us to pick you up? Let us know...we are good at that! =)

ya, i just had a really bad week. there were so many times that we went out to eat, and we are supposed to go out tonight too...i think ill skip tho. the motivation was there, but it was getting easier and easier to eat whatever...i tried to do better, even tho it was all crap, but still...and i have no energy again... so i have to kick start that too... =0)
