i feel terrible. i keep starting off in the morning with all the right intentions, and last friday we ate out...and havent stopped....im starting to get irritated bc that is sooo much calories i could have avoided...ugh. anyways, on a happier note, even with all the gorging, i have managed to maintain my weight. no gain, yay. yay, big yay. bc i probably should have...guess all those hours spent at the san diego zoo this week have really helped. ALSO!!! i tried on a smaller size jeans yesterday...and they zipped up!!! ya there was some muffin top going on, and they were like 70s tight..haha, but they went on!!! yay for the little things. i of course didnt buy them, figured i would reward myself with a pair i really like when i fit them comfortably. but it really made my day. and that is with me eating like crap...wow! imagine what i could have accomplished if i had eaten right!!! no, i wont think that way bc then i will get depressed...ill just enjoy what i do kno...i can almost say that i lost a dress size!!!! i havent said that in ....EVER!!!
