Rainy, dreary, cold day.....I'm not a fan of January. That, PLUS the Christmas decorations are coming down. So, to combat these downers, I have to find other outlets.
Thankfully, the thrift shop re-opened yesterday after the Christmas break! I think the entire town came through yesterday (thrift withdrawal???) and we may have even done record business for a Wednesday!! Because we had some of our usual volunteers gone with out-of-town guests, or due to illness, those of us who WERE there, were running around like crazy doing all the things that needed to be done.
DH is off this week, although he still has a few work commitments. Having him home is nice but it changes my typical schedule....and I'm SUCH a a creature of habit. LOL!
I'll journal more when I can find bigger chunks of uninterrupted time....like, next week!
Lots of things to focus on for the new year....the first one is my suggestion that everyone take a look at their bio and update it! Are you even still on that particular WOE, whatever one you listed when you signed onto the site? Let's see the accomplishments from last year....let's see the new goals.....let's review the pounds you dropped that stayed dropped or the weight you dropped in 2011 that stayed gone in 2012. Whatever your situation, the beginning of 2013 is a great opportunity to update that bio!!
