After being 209 for nearly a week, I managed to go UP a pound to 210 just in time for this AM's weigh-in....DRAT!!! And I was within .2 of going down another pound yesterday. Ah well....maybe in a few days...
Really tired again today and, of course, disheartened by the scale going up. I'm trying to get some additional rest and trying my best to not think about the weigh-in. That's the disadvantage of the daily weigh-in....feeling crappy the rest of the day when the scale doesn't move in the right direction when I think it should.
Realistically, I've been eating more calories this last week; not a whole lot more, but perhaps just enough to stop the weight loss, even though my carbs are in line.
