I have dropped using the Adkins Bars. I believe that I am not losing because of the sugar acohols in them. I have lost 4 lbs since using them and now am back down to 183. Thanksgiving caused me to gain the extra weight as that I used them more often to try to stay away from baked goods with sugar. Hope this starts this new year off with a bang!  

Thats a smart move. Generally the more natural unprocessed foods we eat, the easier it is to shed the weight (in my opinion) Good luck!
