i have made horrible choices the last 3 days...i really am afraid to weigh in, possibly showing a gain..ugh! and the worst part, is that i feel sluggish and tired. no energy, nothing. now i really wish i would have had subway as opposed to in n out or mcdonalds. ugh. i feel like i really worked for something this past month, and possibly, majorly backtracked. i should have just thought for a minute, maybe then i would have stopped and then i wouldnt be regretting this weekend right now...oh well i guess. just gotta hop right back on track and go fierce...just wish i had the energy to walk this morning.
