I started this diet in February of 2018 and went from 245 to 234, then gained it all back plus more. Up to 251. Victory is I am finally back done to 234 today. Yaaaaaa. Now to keep going. I can’t quit this time. For one this is the first time in years that I don’t ache when I get out of bed. Not hurting is much more desirable than eating all that bad food that was causing it. I just have to remind myself when i see ice cream or a donut that they really cause me torture not pleasure.
